1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of z888 or any of its affiliated companies.

z888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays until verification is complete.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your z888 account credentials, including your username and password. z888 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must not share your account login details with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether by you or by any other person who has access to your credentials — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact z888 support immediately. z888 may take action to secure your account while an investigation is carried out, which may include temporary suspension of login access or withdrawal processing.

• Do not use the same password on z888 that you use for other services.
• Do not access your z888 account on shared or public devices without logging out properly after each session.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings where provided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

z888 processes all transactions in PKR. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and debit cards linked to Pakistani bank accounts.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your z888 account balance shortly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. z888 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on z888 sports markets are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules and market-specific settlement criteria are published in the relevant sections of the platform.

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified account holders. z888 does not accept bets from persons not logged into a valid account.
• Once a bet is confirmed and your stake has been deducted from your account balance, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific market or event rules permit in-play editing.
• z888 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, incorrect odds being displayed, or where the relevant event has been subject to match-fixing or irregular activity.
• For Cricket, PSL, T20 and other cricket markets: matches that are abandoned or reduced by weather are settled according to Duckworth-Lewis method outcomes or void rules as specified per market.
• Live/in-play betting is subject to brief delays in odds updates during high-traffic periods. z888 is not responsible for bets accepted at odds that were accurate at the moment of confirmation but have since moved.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed before bet confirmation.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, you may contact z888 support within 30 days of the relevant event result. z888's decision on all settlement disputes is final.

• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, display errors or game loading failures — void the relevant game round. If a stake was deducted before the malfunction, it will be returned to your account balance.

• Fish Games and Fishing Arcade titles operate on shared pools. Results in these games are determined in real time and are not affected by other players' activity beyond the shared mechanics of the game format.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or operating more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering activity designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit markets.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing z888 staff or other players through any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the z888 platform.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

z888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable time.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity over an extended period (inactive account policy details are available in your account settings).
• Player-requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, z888 is not obligated to return any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as inactivity or a player's own request — any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

You may close your own z888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Requests for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy are processed separately and are governed by the Responsible Gaming Policy.
